Built in 1925 and renovated in 2014, the house keeps its original casement windows and old-LA proportions while everything you touch is new. The king bedroom sits at the back, the queen up front, and both have a desk to work at. The living room opens to the terraced backyard.

Cook properly: the kitchen has a full stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, air fryer, and blender. A dedicated laundry room means you fly home with clean clothes.
